And it is with great joy that we return to FRAMELINE48 (@framelinefest) ! This time we're reversing the roles with me in front of the screen under the direction of Gustavo Vinagre, who last year was in front of the screen while I directed EMPIRE (FRAMELINE47).
This movie! What can I say! Cucumber/Knife! A very pleasant movie that came from Gustavo Vinagre's, Hilton Dresden's and my own desires... especially from this feeling of not fitting in... well, all these were exposed and transposed into a movie and into a lake in Berlin.
There, Berlin, my second home and an address/home for Gustavo during @daad_artists.
It was a delight to be back there and to share the desire to film!
And what a delight it was to be with this team!!! 🥰
